We are seeking a CSM to join our Customer Success team in LatAm.

You will:

– The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is expected to be an expert advisor on the Flowics platform 
– Work directly with clients as the main point of contact. 
– Responsible for optimizing the post-sale customer relationship. 
– Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
– Work with a number of key customer accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to them. 
– Lead and develop the customer relationship at all levels of customer organization.
– Identify new growth opportunities, and hand them over to the account executive if required.
– Oversee a pre-defined group of accounts and monitor product adoption by them.
– Deliver targeted educational content such as Workshops and Case Studies.
– Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business objectives and recommend the best usage of Flowics to achieve them.
– Establish a trusted advisor relationship with strategic clients adding value to their product experience. 
– Provide customer’s feedback to Flowics’ product team by sharing their needs, unsolved problems, new features requirements or any other functionality that would increase the overall value proposition of Flowics. 

– This is a full-time position, based in South America, with a preference for Argentina or Brazil.

– Passionate about technology.
– Proven experience in the TV & Broadcast industry both in the Production and Digital side.
– Great knowledge of social media and OTT platforms.
– Knowledge of Live Streaming tools and Broadcast Graphics systems.
– Fabulous customer facing manners by phone, email and face to face.
– Proficiency in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as Portuguese  will be considered a plus.
