We are seeking an experienced Head of People to manage and lead our human resources operations, including People Care, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, etc.

You will: – Partner directly with the company leadership team to drive our culture and business forward and lead long-term organizational change to support the accelerated growth of our business. – Identify talent gaps in our team as we grow, and work closely with external recruiters to recruit, hire, and retain the best talent until we eventually bring recruiting in-house. – Be responsible for aligning People and Culture to the company Business Goals. – Lead Talent Management and Talent Acquisition programs. – Develop and regularly review compensation plans for each region and area. – Define and execute key initiatives for: – Talent acquisition / recruiting – Compensation Planning – Health and welfare benefits – Training and development – Employee Performance Review Plans – Define the overall strategy for Recruitment and Retention – Oversee Employer Branding and employee/candidates touch points. – Handle company-wide Internal Communications.
You will have autonomy to define what needs to be done, the full support of an incredible team to help you deliver, and complete ownership around bringing your vision to our team.
Requirements – At least 5 years of experience working in similar positions. – Experience partnering at the C-level, and working with senior leadership to empower, influence and drive change – Entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and creativity. – Passionate about our mission and obsessed with delivering the best customer and team experience – Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, prioritization and organizational skills; both in Spanish and English – Deep understanding of and empathy for people
What gives you extra points – Experience in IT recruiting. – Prior entrepreneurial experience, or working in a small startup environment or in a people role for early-stage high-growth companies. – Experience working with agile teams.
